Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering!

We are working hard to get your packages to you as soon as possible. All orders will typically be packaged and shipped out within 3 business days after your payment has been successfully processed through your provider, approved through Shopify checkout procedures, and recieved on our end of contact. Every card provider has unique hold policies, so if you are unsure on the timeline you can review that information with your provider, or if you wish to skip hold timelines you may choose to utilize the PayPal options at checkout. Exceptions for extended shipment may include government holidays, orders specified directly to you in one on one consultation, or during extra large launch dates having larger than normal order volumes. Once your order is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for handling and all questions regarding delivery or lost packaging will need to be directed to USPS at which time you will be able to file a claim with them.
